Equipping women for empowered living
TLC is a non-profit organization whose mission is to empower individuals to live abundant, purposeful lives. TLC is particularly committed to designing and implementing programs that contribute to improving the social, economic, health and well being of women who have been marginalized, disenfranchised or victimized in any capacity.
ARISE is TLC’s training and support program developed to empower high potential, low income women to overcome economic, social, educational, and health barriers and become active change agents in improving their lives.
Simply stated, ARISE endeavors to:
